At Keep It Simple Wellness, your experience, comfort, and care come first. To ensure we provide the highest quality service to every client, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies.

Booking an Appointment
To schedule your appointment, simply visit our website and click on the “Book Now” tab. Follow the easy steps to reserve your preferred time and service. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is happy to help.

Payment Information
We accept all major credit cards. Please note that we do not accept personal checks. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before rebooking.

No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled time will be charged a $150 no-show fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future services.

Late Arrivals
To respect everyone's time, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or a need to reschedule. If we are unable to accommodate you due to late arrival, a $150 late cancellation fee will apply.
Exceptions
We understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. These situations will be handled with care and compassion on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy
All treatments and services at Keep It Simple Wellness are non-refundable. Aesthetic and wellness results vary from person to person, and while we strive to meet every client’s expectations, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Follow-up or touch-up treatments may be recommended and will be priced according to our current service menu.

Children Policy
To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, we kindly request that clients arrange for childcare prior to their visit. This allows us to provide the best care possible and ensures a serene experience for all guests.
