My name is Kristian Jamerson, and I am a God-fearing provider with a deep passion for medicine and a calling to serve others.
With a Doctorate as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of San Diego and over 16 years of experience in healthcare, I have had the privilege of working with diverse patient populations across specialties, including pain and addiction medicine, interventional radiology, and emergency observation.
Through my journey, I recognized a profound need for preventative medicine—a space where patients can prioritize their health with a personalized wellness approach free from the constraints of insurance-based care. That vision became a reality with Keep It Simple Wellness, a practice built on compassion, connection, and a commitment to keeping you optimized.
